An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order. A contract is formed when your order is confirmed for collection.
Prices are shown in euro. Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to offer a refund or an alternative.
Payment is taken at checkout using approved payment methods. We do not store card details.
All orders placed through our website are collection in store only.
Orders must be collected in person from Roe River Books, 60 Clanbrassil Street, Dundalk, during normal opening hours.
You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
We do not currently offer delivery. Delivery services may be introduced in the future, with details published on our website at that time.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been prepared for collection, we will normally cancel and refund it. Once an order has been collected, returns must follow our Refunds and Returns Policy.
